The invention relates to a machine for stabilizing a track, with a machine frame which can be moved on the track by rail carriages, and a height adjustment drive and a stabilization unit having a vibration exciter.
EP 0 726 360 already describes such a machine, known as a track stabilizer, which is coupled to a track tamping machine which can be moved step by step in the working insert and which, after the tamping, lowers the track to a desired position by vibration under load. On the basis of a control, the stuffing and stabilization sequences can be coordinated with each other, wherein the machine frame of the stabilizer relative to the machine frame of the tamping machine is designed to be adjustable by means of a longitudinal displacement beantriebs.
The object of the present invention is now to provide a machine of the type mentioned, with which an improved Steue¬rung the stabilization unit is possible in use.
This object is achieved with a machine of the generic type by the angeführ¬ten in the characterizing part of the main claim features.
With this structurally simple and robust design, it is possible to continuously move the stabilization unit in use on the track in the working direction, while at the same time the machine frame coupled to the tamping machine is moved along with it step by step or cyclically. This advantageously prevents the stabilization unit from acting on the track too long at the same position during the stop phase of the tamping machine and thus being locally lowered too much, which would result in an overall uneven work result. Further advantages of the invention result from the dependent claims and the drawing description.
In the following the invention will be described in more detail with reference to an embodiment shown in the drawing. 1 shows a side view of a machine according to the invention in association with a tamping machine, FIG. 2 shows an enlarged detail view of the stabilization unit from FIG. 1, and FIG. 3 shows a further variant of the invention.
A machine 1 for stabilizing a track 2 shown in FIG. 1 has a machine frame 5 movable thereon by means of rail carriages 3 and connected to a stabilization unit 4. The stabilization unit 4, which is described in more detail below with reference to FIG. 2, is designed to be vertically adjustable via height adjustment drives 6 and is equipped with a vibration exciter 7. The machine frame 5 is coupled to a tamping machine 9, which is arranged upstream of a working direction 8 and designed for cyclical stuffing
Rail trolleys 10 is supported on the track 2 and is equipped with a Fahr¬ cabin 11, a Gleisstopfaggregat 12, a track lift straightening unit 13, an energy unit 14 and a traction drive 15.
As can be seen in FIG. 2, the stabilization unit 4 is mounted on rails 17 of the track 2 during work operation on the basis of flange wheels 16 and is engaged with these by means of laterally pivotable adhesive rollers 18. The stabilization unit 4 vorgeord¬net in the working direction 8 is provided an approximately vertically extending balancing lever 21 which is connected by a first linkage 19 with the machine frame 5 and by a second linkage 20 via a tie rod 22 with the Stabilisations¬aggregat 4. At an approximately centrally located between the two An¬lenkungen 19, 20 the balancing lever 21 is connected to a longitudinal extension drive 24 extending ineineiner machine longitudinal direction 23, which in turn is articulated on the machine frame 5. In this way, the stabilization unit 4 is designed to be displaceable relative to the machine frame 5 in the machine longitudinal direction 23.
The stabilization unit 4 is equipped with a pressure device 25 for generating a vertical load. This device consists of a pressure lever 26, which is pivotally connected to a first end 27 of a Anpressantriebs 28, wherein the second end 29 is articulated on the stabilization unit 4. The pressure lever 26 is in turn articulated to the stabilizer unit 4 by a lower end 30 relative to the vertical, while at the upper end 31 there is disposed a pressure roller 33 for engagement with the machine frame 5 (or a plate 32 mounted thereon).
Furthermore, a speedometer 34 is provided on the machine 1 (FIG. 1), which is connected to the machine frame 5 and can be unrolled on the rail 17 of the track 2. Alternatively, the speedometer could also be connected to the stabilization unit 4.
In operation, the tamping machine 9 is moved stepwise from threshold to threshold of the track 2 and each cyclically stopped to lower the Stopfaggregat 12 for the stuffing process in the track bedding. In the working direction behind it, the stuffed track 2, which is located at a preliminary height, is set in vibration by means of the stabilization unit 4 and lowered into a desired position by application of a ballast. In order to prevent the track 2 from being excessively lowered at one point during the stopping phase of the tamping machine 9 due to excessively long stabilization action, the stabilization gear 4 is now advanced relative to the machine frame 5 by means of the longitudinal displacement drive 24 during the duration of the stopping phase. With the aid of the speedometer 34, which detects the right of way of the two machines 1 and 9 connected to each other, it is possible to correspondingly control the forward movement through the longitudinal displacement drive 24 or to tune it to the machine precedence in such a way that an optimal work result is achieved.
In Fig. 3, an alternative version of the invention is shown, in which the pressing device 25 is formed by the height adjustment drive 6, through which the load on the rails 17 is applied.
